Nighttime automated live-streaming test for Lis Hotel.
To address the high labor costs and inability to stream 24/7 for local physical merchants, our team independently developed a hardware-software integrated automated live-streaming solution. This project has completed commercial deployment across multiple industries in Xiamen.
Local merchants are constrained by the salary and scheduling of professional streamers, making it difficult to achieve regular broadcasting during high-potential traffic periods such as late night and early morning.
The system integrates real-scene store footage and product displays, enabling continuous 7×24 hour streaming push without human intervention.
Through high-fidelity voice cloning and real-time bullet screen semantic recognition, AI can provide voice responses and card interactions for basic audience inquiries.
Commercial Validation
Real commercial deployments across different industries have validated the feasibility of this model in enhancing traffic and conversions.

Industry Reflection
In the actual commercial deployment of this project, I deeply experienced the cost reduction and efficiency increase brought by technology. However, it also triggered my thinking on 'digital labor' and 'platform rules': Will the popularization of automation technology squeeze the living space of traditional grassroots streamers while liberating merchants? How should the boundary of AI-generated interaction be defined?
These real confusions arising from commercial practice are exactly the topics I am eager to further explore in an academic environment.
